Responsible for end to end recruitment process for diverse level profiles, ensuring a pleasant experience to potential talents.
Accountable for high-volume full lifecycle recruiting for complex searches and functions; including proactive sourcing in order to build pipeline for future talent needs.
Creating innovative approaches to attract talents by leveraging social media platforms and advanced sourcing tools.
Conducting competency based interviews and assessments in English.
Building and maintaining a network of candidates through targeted approach and recruitment.
Updating and managing all candidate & client activity through an Applicant Tracking System.
Collaborate with the rest of the recruitment team to support process improvements and share best practices to meet the needs of recruiting.
You are fluent in English and German
You have experience in recruitment, resource management or candidate research
You have excellent communication skills with an ability to manage different stakeholders and influence over the phone/video
You have commercial acumen - You are alert to commercial opportunities and information
You are a systems user who values accurate and timely data, whilst balancing timelines and deadline requirements
You are a challenger and like to surpass yourself daily
