International company is looking for a Corporate & Bilingual Receptionist to open their new offices in Madrid.

The selected candidate will have the following reponsasbilities:
* Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
* Direct visitors and clients to the appropriate person.
* Ensure reception area in tidy with all necessary stationery and material.
* Provide basic accurate information in-person and via phone/mail.
* Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
* Manage meeting rooms booking.
* Perform other administrative duties such as filing, photocopyin and faxing.The succesful candidate will need:
* Proven experience as a Receptionist /Front Office position
* Bilingual in english and spanish
* Fluent level of Microsoft Office
* Solid written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to be resourceful and proactive
* Excellent organizational skills and used to work under pressure
* Multitasking and customer service attitude
